Having just stumbled across your articles, I have to say how much I’m enjoying - and relating!

I spent 5 years in Stuttgart Germany, from 2011-2016, where I began my 40s. I find myself reliving my experiences through yours as I get to see Amsterdam again and see the town through your eyes, almost exactly as I saw it through mine.

I was impressed with how easy going and friendly everyone was in town. And venturing out of the red light district, you realize there’s so much more to the town, you decide to stay and explore. The food! Oh the food!

The windows. Yep. It was exactly as I expected. “There it is.” I thought to myself. And as I wandered the streets and alleys and saw just how much of a system there was for this (different streets had different types of girls for every “preference”), I came to accept it pretty quickly. Although I found the live sex show to be completely underwhelming.

Really looking forward to hearing about all your experiences in Germany and Europe as a whole.
