Before we go further, since Shannon is already dealing with an attorney on this, I would suggest to have the attorney look over what we publish regarding this, or at least set up some ground rules. We know this church is sue happy, so let's not give them any ammo. Protect ourselves.

If we attribute any information to other sources, I believe that should absolve the writer of any libel, as we are reporting information and providing specific sources - as opposed to say - I don't know, Fox News: "Sources say..." without revealing that the actual source is themselves.

I believe this to be the case, but it would not hurt to verify with an attorney. Agree?
