The game has changed.

When it comes to thriving online, it’s not enough to be just a pretty face. Having tons of followers won’t cut it. Starring in “that movie” no longer matters.

What matters is the value you provide others.

How do you define value?

Value is something that is useful to someone.

The best way to provide value is to solve a problem. Find out what problem they are having, and go about giving them the best solution.

There are two ways to think about utility: High Level and Low Level.

High level involves big picture understanding of concepts, mindsets and processes.

If a real estate investor would explain the buying process and overall strategy to build a portfolio, this would be high level. It’s conceptual in nature.

Low Level gets into the weeds. These are actionable secrets, tips, or “magic bullets” to solve specific problems.
