1. They operate from experience
How a person reacts to a situation reveals their level of experience.
Someone who dealt with a crisis once might react disproportionately and dwell on it for far too long. A person who has been around the block will take the same event in stride. Do they react with emotion, or do they use a process they’ve developed from experience?

2. They use data to make informed decisions
Genuine people aren’t hung up on instinct or belief.
